Lyle Rapacki is a busy individual. He will be speaking on the proposed collapse of the Mexican/Arizona Border and the push to deliver America into the New World Order. He will also discuss UN Agenda-21 and how this program is the implementation of the New World Order. I’m sure this will generate many questions from everyone.
Lyle has been very involved in many various activities and projects. He is a Protective Intelligence and Assessment Specialist and Consultant in Behavioral Analysis and Threat Assessment as well as a Private-Sector Intelligence Analysis. Since June 2010, Dr. Rapacki has provided selected members of the Arizona Legislature Intelligence Briefings on Border Security and threats to Arizona State Sovereignty.
Lyle continues to receive, analyze and disseminate critical intelligence and policy information from and to law enforcement, intelligence, and governmental communities. He is the author of dozens of white papers, bulletins and briefings, many of which have received distribution to and by local, state and federal law enforcement, intelligence and public safety agencies nation-wide. He has provided Actionable Intelligence to the Joint Terrorism Task Force and the Arizona Counter Terrorism Information Center.
Lyle is the owner of Sentinel Intelligence Services, LLC which provides Intelligence Briefings and analysis to elected officials, as well as to selected clients in industry and the private-sector. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Master’s Degree in Counseling from Northern Arizona University, and his Doctorate from Clayton College of Natural Medicine specializing in the treatment of psychological disorders with natural medicine. He also holds a Post-Doctorate Diplomate in Forensic Counseling and another in Behavioral Psychotherapy.
Dr. Rapacki taught in the Criminal Justice Department at Wayland Baptist University, Phoenix campus, and taught at Grand Canyon University. He also held the position of Director for the Public Safety Administration, Homeland Security and Crisis Management Programs at Grand Canyon University. He is a member of the FBI InfraGard for Arizona and the Association for Intelligence Officers, and ASIS (Advanced Security Worldwide) International which is recognized as the world’s leading security practitioner organization.
Lyle brought in Heather Gass from Danville, California, the Bay Area who is a Real Estate Broker and doing presentations on UN Agenda 21 wherever she can. Very involved in keeping our Country FREE. This is where we first heard and met Lyle Rapacki at the Sun City/Surprise Tea Party. He has been traveling all over the state since then speaking and talking about UN Agenda 21, and our Mexican/Arizona borders.
