Mark Spencer, Southwest Projects Coordinator – Judicial Watch

October 18, 2017 @ 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm MST

Free/Contributions-Donations much appreciated!

For over 25 years Mark had the privilege of protecting both the citizens of Phoenix and Phoenix Police Officers. As a police officer he acquired a front-line perspective and appreciation of policing strategies that were both effective and ethical. The ability to cultivate community partnerships and support for rank-and-file law enforcement personnel was a crucial component in Mark’s role as an executive board member and president of the Phoenix Law Enforcement Association. (PLEA)

Because of the commitment Mark has to the principle of servant-leadership, Bema Investments, a 501.c.3 corporation, was developed to have a positive impact on local and international communites.

A continued dedication to proactive accountability for political entities, community quality of life issues, and the rule of law has led him to an exciting platform and common sense partnership with the service-oriented Judicial Watch team.

Mark’s Specialties include: Criminal and administrative investigations, media partnerships, public speaking, writing, facilitating community projects, non-profit group leadership, union negotiations, grievance/arbitration, ethics training, community based policing, administration, policing policies, informant management, organizational development.

Dave has met Mark a few times and I just met him when he spoke at our CSPOA (Constitutional Sheriff’s & Peace Officers Association) meeting few weeks ago.  Dynamic speaker with a wealth of information, excitement, enthusiasm and Passion for what he does.

In case anyone wants to know what Judicial Watch is/does – they are a Non-Profit organization located out of Washington DC.  They are a conservative educational foundation promoting transparency, accountability, and integrity in government.  Their mission is ‘To investigate and prosecute Government Corruption.”  Through investigations and litigation, Judicial Watch seeks to hold corrupt politicians and agencies accountable to the rule of law. Their educational outreach efforts include nationwide educational campaigns, speeches, op-eds, “The Verdict” newsletter, educational events and media outreach.

Mark recently had the unique privilege and exciting opportunity to serve as the chaplain of (NFRA) National Federation of Republican Assemblies. I found the quote he has on his facebook page very enlightening.

Run to win, be God’s friend, remember – it pays to serve Jesus.

To say this will be a fun exciting and enlightening evening is putting it mildly.  You don’t want to miss this Wednesday, Oct 18, 2017 at the Denny’s Restaurant Banquet Room, 9030 W Black Canyon Highway, Access Rd, just south of the Dunlap Ave exit off the I-17.  Doors open 6 pm, meeting starts at 6:30 with speaker at 7 pm.  There is a wealth of subject matter to discuss, so have your questions ready.

See ya there!
