TIFFANY SHEDD

Tiffany Shedd is a business owner and attorney who has gone toe to toe with the government, fighting regulations and policies that would destroy Arizona jobs.

Tiffany grew up in Pinal County.  She worked her way through college and law school at the University of Arizona. Tiffany worked as a bilingual kindergarten teacher, farmer, and is a natural resource attorney; owns several small businesses, as well as being a homeschool mom, an SCTP and 4-H certified pistol and shotgun coach.  She is a well rounded mom with many activities on her plate.

Tiffany lives on a major trafficking route in Pinal County so she has experienced first-hand the consequences of the failure to secure our border.  She relies on the 2nd Amendment to protect herself and her family.

Tiffany’s personal first hand up front experiences with the consequences of an unsecured border, are why she is firmly committed to conservative principles and dedicated to making sure Arizona stays great for future generations.  She is an attorney, specifically in protecting our water rights.

Over the last 27 years, Tiffany has gone toe to toe with both the Arizona and the federal government when they have overstepped their authority especially when they tried to destroy our businesses and communities with regulations for the sake of regulation, vs taking care of people, their businesses, land, and water rights, especially taking our land and the water we all rely on.

The stakes in Arizona and the Country are higher than the elementary school lunch line.  We need to stand up and fight for what is right and protect the vulnerable, our community, our state, and our country.  We cannot remain complicit with the bullies in the current administration.

Tiffany became a lawyer because she saw people in her community being taken advantage of or unjustly pushed around by the bully of the moment.  She realized many times, the law was the best way to protect them and to stand up for what is right.

Her focus when attending University of Arizona College of Law, was on business, water, and natural resources.  Most of the time, standing up for them meant pushing back on what the government was doing to them with regulations.

Tiffany and her husband Rodney, a member of the Muscogee Creek Nation, are the fourth generation to farm their land in Pinal County.  They are proud parents of three children,

JEFF WENINGER
Jeff was elected to Distict 17 in 2014 serving Chandler, Gilbert, and Sun Lakes where he lives with his wife Janet, and their three children.
Jeff is the chairman of the House Commerce Committee as well as serves on the House Banking and Insurance and Ways and Means Committees.  Jeff understands first hand employers demand a strong education system his reason for centering on creating great jobs and a well-prepared workforce.
Jeff is the co-owner of two local restaurant concepts having several locations throughout the valley.  He opened his first restaurant over 20 years ago, employed hundreds of Arizonans. and contributed to the local economy as a small business owner.
Jeff served on the Chandler City Council and held the position of Vice Mayor.
He and his wife both volunteer with charities that benefit children in crisis.  While serving on Chandler City Council and as Vice Mayor, his leadership and fiscal responsibility kept Chandler’s budget one of the strongest in the state during the economic downturn and accomplishing this without cutting important services to Chandler residents.
Jeff’s background is very impressive.  We’ll let Jeff tell you all about it himself when he speaks.
ELIJAH NORTON
Elijah is running for US House in the new Congressional district 1 (Old 6).  He is running against incumbant David Schweikert and opponent Josh Bartnett.

Elijah Norton started a business at 21 years old with only $1,000, ten years later that same business employs over 100 people and generates more than $100MM in annual revenue. Being a business leader in the greater Phoenix area has given Elijah a unique perspective on how bad federal policy, overreaching tax policy, and regulations directly affect the economy and everyday lives of Valley citizens. Elijah plans to fight to extend the job-creating Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA), conservative health insurance reform, and plans on supporting tough policy against the rising threat of China.

On the Issues:

IMMIGRATION:

We must secure the Border and finish the wall on our southern border and invest in technology to secure our border!

We must establish a criminal database sharing system with Mexico.

ELECTION INTEGRITY:

I will support legislation that makes it easy to vote, and hard to cheat, and push back against the radical left who want to try to pass legislation that will weaken the integrity of our elections. I will also support laws that impose severe penalties on those who are found guilty of committing election fraud.

CHINA

Congress must craft some of the toughest policies against China we have ever seen in order to curtail China’s power grab.
