Aimee is a candidate for Justice of the Peace in the North Valley Justice system.  She is running against 18 yr incumbent JAG Gerald Williams of former LD20.  She spoke for about 5 minutes at a recent meeting to introduce herself.  .

Your justice court has jurisdiction over misdemeanor offenses, DUIs, evictions, small claims, and civil suits. Aimee will ensure that you are treated fairly, even if you don’t have a lawyer.

She will protect your right to be heard. If you are arrested, Aimee will make sure the rules were followed. If you are sued,  Aimee will not cut corners or be a rubber stamp for the attorneys.  In short, Aimee will ensure you receive a full hearing and a fair shake.

Aimee plans on bringing fairness to the North Valley Justice Court.  She will do a Q & A so have your questions ready.
