Mark has an MBA from University of Phoenix; has faithfully served on the CAP Board of Directors for 11 yrs; has his own consulting company – Water Resource Institute; is a Conservative Representative State Committeeman and believes in Small Government.

Jennifer Brown: Candidate: CAP Water Board & PC LD17

Jennifer is an Arizona native; ASU graduate, serves on the boards of 2 non-profit organizations; has 5 yrs experience with irrigation districts & 12 yrs in property management and development.  Jennifer is passionate about protecting your water rights.  She is responsibly managing the valley’s most precious resource.

Michael Francis: Candidate CAP Water Board & PC LD28

Michael is also an Arizona native as well as a U of A graduate; owns a diverse farming operation, garden rose distribution enterprises, and a crop insurance agency.  He serves on the Governor’s Military affairs Commission and was chairman of the Arizona Power Authority.

Water is probably one of our most valuable resources that we must protect at all costs.  There is way to much waste of our Water in our State of Arizona.  It is slowly depleting and no one seems to be paying attention.  Only when we drive across the border into Nevada and take a look at Lake Meade, it is very sad and scary.
