Dr. Jana Jackson, Candidate for Maricopa County Superintendent of Schools

Wednesday May 18, 2016 we are proud to have as our Guest speaker Dr. Jana Jackson.  Dr. Jackson is a candidate for Maricopa County Superintendent of Schools.  Her website is www.jacksonForCountySuperintendent.com; phone 602-516-4781.

Jana is a real fireball.  An extremely passionate individual with a huge heart for the children in the schools, compassion, and interested in what her constituents want in their schools.

Jana’s background is extensive with a PhD in Educational Leadership, Curriculum & Development, Special Education and Law.  Her background includes:

– Aerospace Education Specialist at NASA Washington DC HQ
– Alaska Aerospace Development Corp Education Initiatives
– Navy Sea Systems Command, Logistics & Task based training curricula
– Adjunct Professor, at Kansas, Indiana, Oklahoma and Haskell Native American University
– Arizona Teacher / Instructional Coach
-Various Maricopa County School districts on the Navajo/Hopi Reservations

Dr. Jackson has been involved in Financial analysis & support, Bond, Override, and School Board elections, and Administration of grants and educational support programs and a list of other qualities you can ask her about.

We look forward to hearing from Dr. Jackson.  Denny’s Restaurant Banquet Room, 2717 W Bell Rd, Phoenix, Arizona.  Doors open 6 pm to get a good seat /table, grab a bite to eat, meeting starts 6:30 sharp.
