Wednesday, Feb 22, 2017, we are proud to have as our speaker Ms Jana Jackson,  A passionate individual who loves kids and our Vets ensuring that they all get the best education and care there is to have.  You will remember Jana ran for Maricopa County School Superintendent.

Jana will be doing a presentation on a book ‘Forgotten Soldiers: Children of Carpi’.  It is a story about a WWII Negro soldier troop and their selfless contributions to a Jewish community in Italy.

She is currently working on a new project ‘Az KIDS Foundation’.  This is a Not for Profit organization.  Its mission is to provide children with information in a positive creative way on why we love our Country and focus on Why we Pledge our Allegiance / alliance to the flag.

This program is a promise I made to a veteran whose father raised the first flag in Arizona. Goes to show the integrity of this woman in keeping her promises.

We’ll find out what she has in store for the future as far as running a campaign again.
