Jeff is the Vice President of Educational Development for Compact for America, Inc. plus one of the founding members of the States United Balanced Budget Initiative Arizona. This is an Arizona-based grassroots 501 c 3 dedicated to supporting the Compact for America.
He previously served as Director & Ambassador for the Navy SEAL Foundation. Jeff assisted in establishing an endowment within the Foundation. While at the Navy SEAL Foundation, Jeff chaired the Development Committee; organized and assisted with benefit galas in Tucson, AZ, Coronado, CA, and Virginia Beach, VA.
He also has 20 years’ experience as President and CEO of a small company plus 20 years’ experience training U.S. military personnel.
Jeff being a very self motivated individual with a hunger for learning, put himself through intensive self-study, becoming a constitutional scholar and historian with a keen interest in the founding of this wonderful country. He started a monthly constitution study group 10 years ago. That study group continues to thrive to this day.He currently can be heard as one of the constitutional experts for the weekly constitution segment of the James T. Harris Show on 104.1 The Truth FM radio in Tucson.
He has an erospace engineering undergraduate degree which he utilizes in consulting with Paradynamics, a Tucson-based powered parafoil company contracted with U.S. Government to develop parachute type canopies capable of flying specific missions as required by the Defense Advance Research Agency (DARPA). He currently assists in contracting, business development, company structure, and prototype testing.As President and CEO of Western Associates Development for 18 years, Jeff bought and sold more than 700 Real Estate properties worth more than $100 million, including more than 2,500 lots in subdivisions in Southern Arizona. To say that Jeff is a well ronded individual with many talents is an understatementJeff graduated from University of Arizona in 191 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering; served as captain of the Swim Team becoming a member of the US National Team 1984-87, Top 10 World Rankings 1984-1988, and NCAA All-American in 1988.
Because of the skills he developed as an All-American swimmer and Captain of the University of Arizona swim team, Jeff currently serves as an Instructor to the Navy SEALs / Naval Special Warfare community. Here he teaches Navy SEALS and support personal specialized tactical swimming. In addition Jeff has taught Air Force Para Rescue Jumpers, Combat Controllers, Force Recon Marines, Coast Guard MSST, and other military personnel.
I’m sure we’ll all have many questions to ask of Jeff, learn all about the Compact and why it is important to do this. The more we all learn about the Compact the more we understand and can pass the information on to others thereby gaining more and more support for this very important subject.
2015 is a very important year and the year for us all to jump on the band wagon of getting our Country back on its feet before we lose it.

We ask for all your continued support in the form of donations/contributions to help us continue serving you all, providing informational material, maintaining the website, providing events, speakers, donations to our church for providing us the facility and utilities at no charge to us, and all that goes into financially maintaining a Tea Party. We don’t have a charge or dues as some other tea party organizations do – we rely strictly on donations/contributions from you all.
