JEFF FINE

Jeff Fine is a retired member of the Air Force Reserve.  He is a Father, husband, Former Judge, Military Veteran, Veteran Police Office, Judicial Branch Educator, Veteran Court Administrator, is very active in the Community living in Maricopa County for the past 40 years.

In my oinion, this makes Jeff Fine a more than qualified Candidate for Clerk of the Court.  He knows the importance of service, family common sense and conservative values.  He is a strong Conservative with proven Court Experience in Maricopa County.

Jeff has 20+ years of justice related experience.  He has worked consistently and successfully to improve the accessibility, fairness, efficiency, effectiveness accountability and transparency of court operations in Maricopa County as well as throughout Arizona.

He is an Az born native, born in Nogales, raised in Phoenix.  He entered law enforcement after high school; has been in Az law enforcement for over 30 years; served in Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, Az State University Police, the Az Attorney’s General’s Office; office of Inspector General at DES.  After retiring from law enforcement Dr. Loftus becme an instructor with the Az State niversity School of Criminology and Criminal Justice teaching counter-terrorism, domestic terrorism, intellegence, and research methods.
