Rick Dalton, Sheriff Richard Macks good friend, and right hand man is a retired peace officer, educator, and experienced lobbyist. He’s a graduate of the National Center for Constitutional Studies, Washington, D.C., a Field Training Officer, Crime Scene Officer and much more.

Rick will be updating us on CSPOA, and Sheriff Richard Mack’s status since his heart attack and much more. You don’t want to miss this amazing event.
